Our Web Counseling sessions are held one-on-one via telephone or Skype with one of our Web Specialists. Each session is tailored to the Web Property Owner's online business needs and strategies. Some of the topics of discussion may be but not limited to:
1. Report analysis regarding keyword performance, visitor hits for the past 30 days, geographic summaries, and more.
2. Web Property address reviews to determine if additional domains are needed for SEO purposes.
3. Discuss Web Advertisement - what is working and what is not.
4. Discuss 3 competitive Web Properties, their strategies, and how to implement similar methods.
Our Counseling sessions are tailored to each Web Property Owner. We use all of the knowledge that we have learned during the development process of the property, as well as our research skills to compose a custom consultation package to keep track of each session.
**Consultation sessions must be scheduled 30 days in advance.
**Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session via email ONLY at consultation@griotsites.com.
**Sessions that are missed and not rescheduled may occur a cancellation fee of $25.00
**Sessions are for GriotSites Web Community members. Web Properties developed by other developers can obtain Web Counseling services.

Will the sessions be recorded?
We do have the capability to record both telephone and Skype sessions most of the time. As we know, technology is not a hundred percent, so if we are not able to record for some reason, we will still provide the Web Property Owner notes and important points from the session.
My Web Property was developed by another developer. Can I still use this service?
Yes and no! Our monthly consulting packages are only designed for Web Property Owners whose property was developed by GriotSites, but we do have web consultation as a stand alone service.
Do you focus on my business overall during the consultation?
We do focus on your business overall in general, but our main focus is on the well being of your Web Property and its performance on the World Wide Web.
Will you work with my team regarding my business goals?
It depends! In some circumstances - we will connect with your personal team members (upon your request) in order to ensure that your business goals and your web performances are on the same page. It also depends on your Web Counselor's time schedule. We will review each request on an individual basis.
Do I have to use this part of the service that I signed up for?
Some of our Clients don't need our assistance when it comes to the health of their Web Property. They may have a team in place that it is handling everything just fine and don't need our assistance. You can choose to take advantage of our Web Counseling services or not. Just know that as long as you are on the program, you can use this service at any time if needed.
Can I cancel my services all together?
Sure you can! We would hate to see you go, but we understand that things change, people grow, and circumstances happen that may cause you to no longer need our services. At any rate, just tell your Web Specialist or Counselor that you want to terminate your services with GriotSites. Your contractual services with us will end on the day before your services renew. This means that you can continue to use our services until the expiration date at the end of the 30-day term. If you paid for your services for the year, you will receive 50% back of the unused funds. For instance; if you paid $4,188 for your yearly package ($349 per month) on January 16th but decide to cancel after the 4th month, you will be refunded $1,396 for May through December.
