New Web Property Owners are so excited to have a web presence that very little attention is given in Web Property maintenance. The main reason little attention is given is due to most Web Property Owners do not know how to update their property, so they just leave it (online property) to fend for itself on the scary World Wide Web. As part of our post-care program for Web Property Owners, we offer Monitoring Service Packages that include update/posting to your Web Property.

How will your posting service benefit me and my Web Property?
As stated above, you may not know HTML coding in order to edit your Web Property, or you just don't have the time to maintain your property. GriotSites handles this for you so that you can concentrate on other important business affairs.
What if I don't have anything to post once a month?
Our Monitoring Services are similar to having insurance for your Web Property; it is in place if you need it. Monitoring Services are billed on a monthly basis and will continue unless you decide to cancel. If you do not submit any updates for posting during your service month, you forfeit the benefits of the missed month. Unused monies will not be refunded based on the fact that no post updates were submitted. Since keeping your Web Property fresh is a appealing to visitors and search engines, we recommend that you submit at least one posting during your Monitoring Service month.
When is the latest I can request a post update to my Web Property?
We ask that you give us at least a 24-hour notice for post updates. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to update a Web Property sooner than 24 hours, but to be on the safe side (especially with time sensitive updates), we require the minimum 24 hour notice of any post updates.
What if I miss posting for one month while on the Monitoring Service program?
During your service month, If you do not submit any updates for posting, you forfeit the benefits of the missed month. As stated above, unused monies will not be refunded based on the fact that no post updates were submitted by Web Property Owner.
How soon will I see the requested changes to my Web Property?
We can usually have the updates posted within 24 hours, but we do require a 72 hour posting allowance. Ask us if you need your posting sooner than 72 hours and we will make every effort to post it sooner.
How do I cancel the Monitoring Service program?
If you no longer need or want the Monitoring Service program, just send us a cancellation request via email at

What if I have 2 or more Web Properties. Can I receive a discount for multiple properties?
The more the merrier! If you are needing to obtain our services for 2 or more Web Properties, we will give you $10 off each additional property you sign up. For instance; If you sign up for the "DA Light House" for your Studio property ($25 month) and the "La Royale" for your House property ($69 month), instead of paying $94 per month for both, you will only pay $84 per month and so on so forth.
Can I upgrade my Monitoring Service Package?
We love it when you upgrade because that indicates to us that you are enjoying/benefiting from our services. If you wish to upgrade your Monitoring Service package, just tell your Web Specialist.
Do you have an alternative to your posting service?
As a matter of fact, we do. We are an official distributor of WYSIWYG Web Builder, a web building tool that will allow you to copy and paste in the editor to make changes to your Web Property and publish. How do I submit updates to GriotSites for posting?
The ONLY way to submit Web Property updates is via email. Only the primary email that we have on file is authorized to submit updates for posting to your Web Property. If a request is received from an unauthorized email address, the request will automatically be rejected.
How do I know if my Web Property has been updated?
After we have completed your Web Property updates, we will send you an email to let you know that changes have been made to your property. If you do not receive this email within 72 hours, contact us via email at info@griotsites.com or call 888-600-2011.

You can designate another person to submit posting requests, but they have to be registered on your account. If we receive a request from an email that is not listed as an authorized contact, we will forward the request to you, the Web Property Owner instead of posting it.
